WHAT IS THE PRIVILEGE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
The Europcar Privilege loyalty program is a free of charge program designed to enable enrolled customers to receive rewards for their repeat business with Europcar when they rent in any of the participating locations.
The Privilege Program offers the Members four (4) tier levels based on the number of rentals or rental days with Europcar over a period of 24 months period. Program tier levels are Privilege Club, Privilege Executive, Privilege Elite, and Privilege Elite VIP. The Member's tier level changes when he or she satisfies the conditions for obtaining another level, as described below. The new tier level is valid for a period of 24 months. The Member's current tier level is renewed if, at the end of this 24 month period, if the Member still satisfies the conditions for said tier level. If the Member no longer satisfies the conditions for the current tier level over the following 24 month period, then he or she receives the tier level that corresponds to his or her activity at the end of the said period.
On receipt of the subscription confirmation, Europcar will send a confirmation email to the email address given at subscription time by the customer which in turn implies the final acceptance of the offer by the Customer.
CAN PRIVILEGE CREDITS BE CONVERTED?
Privilege credits cannot be converted and enable the Member to reach the relevant tier level and to benefit from rewards.
HOW ARE THE DIFFERENT PRIVILEGE TIER LEVELS REACHED?
A Member switches from one tier level to another as a function of his/her car rental services consumption (number of rentals or number of rental days).
At enrollment time, the Member is automatically enrolled into the PRIVILEGE Club tier level. The Member's tier level changes automatically when he or she satisfies the conditions for reaching another level. Any new tier level reached is valid for a period of twenty four (24) months.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY PRIVILEGE CREDITS?
The Privilege credits can be viewed in the My Account section of the Europcar website within six weeks after the rental was invoiced.
HOW CAN I ENROL IN THE EUROPCAR PRIVILEGE PROGRAMME?
Customers can join the Privilege Program by enrolling online, thereby updating/completing the application form in the My Europcar section of http://www.europcar.com/ or of any of the following Europcar websites:

After submitting the form, the Member will receive an application confirmation e-mail, sent to the email address indicated on the form, indicating the Europcar Driver ID. This Europcar ID (or Member number) entitles the Member to benefit from all Program services immediately and must be used to login for each online reservation or quoted when booking to benefit from the Program advantages.
HOW DO I EARN PRIVILEGE CREDITS?
You can earn Privilege credits as follows:
When a Member rents a vehicle at a participating Europcar location, the Member's account is credited with an additional Privilege credit (rentals and/or days according to what is the most profitable for the member).
CAN I EARN FREQUENT TRAVELLER MILES/POINTS WITH MY EUROPCAR RENTAL?
If you are a member of a frequent flyer program, and Europcar is partner of this program, all your qualifying Europcar rentals earn miles according to a pre-defined miles grid.
To make sure your Frequent Miles are credited, please provide your Frequent Flyer details on the booking page of your membership card at time of rental. Please review our Partner section to see how many miles or points can be earned for each of our partners, what is considered as a qualifying rental, and obtain any other information. Please note that the same main driver cannot earn miles for more than one rental at any time. Only one rental can be recorded.
CAN I RECEIVE FREQUENT TRAVELLER MILES OR POINTS ON PREVIOUS RENTALS?
To receive mileage credits for rentals which took place within the last 6 months*, please send a proof of your travel (ex: boarding pass, hotel reservation, train ticket…) and rental record to Airlines@mail.europcar.com or fill our online claim form available in My Account section.
*Some partners allow retroactive mileage credit for different periods. Please refer to your frequent Flyer Program membership guide.
HOW DO I GET MY PRIVILEGE CARD?
When joining the program for the first time or changing Tier level the Privilege member will be provided a card. The member will receive an email in which he will be able to add the virtual card to his phone in which case no plastic card will be delivered by post. If the member doesn’t download the card, the card will be sent by post. Europcar ID sign-on or quote at time of booking is mandatory to benefit from the Privilege Program advantages and tier level system.
Can my Privilege card expire?
No, your membership never expires, your tier level is valid for a 24 month period.
HOW DO I GET THE PRIVILEGE BENEFITS?
You must indicate your Europcar ID when making a reservation.
HOW DO I GET THE PRIVILEGE REWARD?
The privilege member will receive by e-mail the rewards h/she is entitled to. When enrolling in the Europcar Privilege program, the member opt-ins to receive transactional emails/sms related to the program benefit and rewards.
HOW WILL I GET UPGRADED/ How D FROM A PRIVILEGE TIER LEVEL TO ANOTHER?

The Privilege tier will be determined by the number of Privilege Credits accumulated in 24 months.
If a Member has not done enough rentals during his/her tier level validity to maintain his current membership level, the Member will be downgraded.
A new Privilege card corresponding to the new tier level will be available

The Privilege tier will be determined by the number of Privilege Credits accumulated in 24 months
If a Member has earned enough Privilege Credits during the relevant 24 months he will be upgraded to one upper level.

WHAT IS PRIVILEGE CLUB?
This is the name for the first tier level of the Program.
Privilege Club benefits entitle you to:

This is the name of the second level in the Program. A Privilege member qualifies for the Executive level if he/she rents from ten (10) to twenty four (24) times or from forty (40) to eighty four (84) rental days.

During his free weekend, the member can book a compact car category.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PRIVILEGE TIER LEVELS?
The Privilege Program offers Members four (4) tier levels based upon the number of Vehicle rentals with, or the number of days Member rents a Vehicle from, a Europcar participating stations over a twelve (24) month period.
Program tier levels are: Privilege Club (entry level); Privilege Executive (frequent renter), Privilege Elite (very frequent renter) and Privilege Elite VIP (top frequent renter).
WHAT IF MY PRIVILEGE CARD IS LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN?
If the card is lost, damaged or stolen, you should contact the Europcar Loyalty team of your country of residence by phone or email: contact information available online in the About us section and in the Loyalty Information section of My Europcar once logged-in.
Upon receipt of the Member's notification of a lost, stolen or damaged card, the card will be replaced.
The purpose of the Europcar Privilege loyalty program offered by Europcar, is to enable members who have enrolled to the Program to be rewarded for their vehicle rentals via Privilege Credits with associated advantages.

WHERE CAN I SEND A QUERY IF I'M MISSING PRIVILEGE CREDITS?
If Privilege credits have not been properly credited to your account after a minimum waiting period of six weeks following the invoicing of a Privilege eligible rental, you should complete all mandatory fields of the Privilege online query form in the Query section of My Europcar, i.e. Reservation OR Rental Agreement number, Pick-up date and station, Return station.
WHICH EUROPCAR LOCATIONS PARTICIPATE TO THE PRIVILEGE PROGRAM?
All Europcar stations worldwide propose and deliver the Privilege benefits & advantages.
Exception: The Privilege program is not applicable in the USA, Canada, Cuba, China and Japan.
WHICH RENTALS ARE ELIGIBLE PRIVILEGE RENTALS?
Qualifying rates for Status and Privilege rewards are defined as the rates enabling Privilege Members to move up to next tier level: all rentals and days count whatever the rate with the exception of the following rate families for which no Privilege credits are granted :
